 Customer survey results We are always striving to improve our service to you. Feedback from our patients is an important element in planning improvements, which is why we undertake patient surveys to find out what you think.

 

 April 2013

 

  We surveyed everyone who visited the practice over a 4 week period. We asked them to answer the following questions : 

 

 Question 1: How do you feel about the Practice Opening times? Of the people who answered this question , 81% gave a very good response, and 19% gave a quite good response

 

 Question 2: How efficient was our reception, 83% gave a very good response, and 17%  gave a quite good response.

 

 Question 3: What do you like most about our practice in general ? The responses was 72% very good and 26% quite good, 2% could be improved

 

 Question 4: What was the dentist's approach ?, 81% of people said very good 18% quite good and 1% could be improved.

 

 Question 5: What was the approach of reception staff ?, 93% of people said very good, 7% quite good.

 

 Question 6: What was the approach of dental assistants ?, 91% of people said very good, 9% quite good.

 

 Question 7: What was the approach of dentists ? 92% of people said very good, 7% quite good and 1% could be improved (I person)

Question 2: How efficient was our reception, 83% gave a very good response, and 16%  gave a quite good response and only 1% thought it could be improved (1 person) 

Question 3: What do you like most about our practice in general ? The responses was 65% very good and 31% quite good, 4% could be improved 

Question 4: What was the dentist's approach ?, 80% of people said very good 18% quite good and 2% could be improved. 

Question 5: What was the approach of reception staff ?, 95% of people said very good, 5% quite good. 

Question 6: What was the approach of dental assistants ?, 92% of people said very good, 7% quite good and 1% could be improved.
